No, defects caused by external damage and accidents are not covered by the warranty.
If you provide us with details of who made the purchase and the serial number of the product, we will be able to re-send you a copy of your invoice and tell you how long your warranty is valid.
Before raising a warranty claim, please conduct a full software restore of the product without restoring your back-up to see if this solves the problem. Our returns policy, entitles you to return an item within 14 days for a full refund. The product must be returned in the same condition as you received it.
