Warranty and return policy

All products have a minimum of 12 months warranty

If I drop my device and it is damaged, will this be covered by the warranty?

No, defects caused by external damage and accidents are not covered by the warranty. 

I have lost my receipt, how can I see when my warranty will expire?

If you provide us with details of who made the purchase and the serial number of the product, we will be able to re-send you a copy of your invoice and tell you how long your warranty is valid.

My product will not turn on, can I get a repair covered by the warranty?

Before raising a warranty claim, please conduct a full software restore of the product without restoring your back-up to see if this solves the problem. If a software reset does not solve the problem, the problem may be caused by a hardware issue, which is covered by the warranty. To raise a warranty claim please get in touch with us

How do I return a product?

Our returns policy, entitles you to return an item within 14 days for a full refund. The product must be returned in the same condition as you received it. For more information please see our Returns Policy. If you do wish to return a product you must send it back via post or courier within the two-week period

Can you courier my phone to my house/office?

Yes, we offer a free delivery service on all devices bought online.

Can i pick up my device from your store?

Certainly, we have a store in Sandton, Johannesburg at the moment, but many more coming throughout South Africa soon
